Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had clean and character-filled rooms, albeit with a small double bed and an unexpected single bed. The service was friendly and accommodating, despite a hiccup with the welcome drink. The location was ideal for exploring Teotihuacan, perfect for hot air ballooning, and with stunning nighttime views of the pyramids. The dining experience, while tasty, had limited availability. Overall, a charming and convenient stay.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right by the pyramids, making it perfect for visiting the archaeological site of Teotihuacan. While the rooms are nice, clean, and colorful, they are on the smaller side. The service, though friendly, could be more attentive and better trained. Dining options are limited, available only from 8 am, which may not fully utilize the hotel's prime location advantage. The hibiscus juice offered as a welcome drink was a nice touch, but overall, there is room for improvement in service efficiency.
